In my opinion wells work better with power build, do more damage and provide conditions you don't otherwise have. Condition build benefits more from Epidemic and Corrupt Boon. I run the following http://intothemists....aNH4dZH9fgm92Vo

Affli & Krait is 166 Cdamage and +30% duration which gives you an additional tick on your scepter #1 attack (4s base) and more ticks on everything else.

Undead is 273 Cdamage and 50 Toughness. Bleeds' coefficiency is 2.5 + (0.5 * Level) + (0.05 * Condition Damage) per stack per second, so with the additional 107 Cdamage you get about 5 more damage per tick.

The extra tick you get with the Affli & Krait combo does about 5 times more damage than the Undead runes. Of course you can have the condition cleansed but I prefer the potential for damage over the 10-15 extra damage in the few ticks you got out of the bleed.
