what do you guys think? the main idea is to do quick burst using the pet abilities to either hold or stun my prey, and make the pet eat my damage (protect me) if bursted

100% ranged ranger.  

also it can stack 20 vulnerability in less than 1 sec using LB 3 and opening strike on both you and the pet

will this be viable in WvW?  (i really dont wanna go with the tank,condition,trap ranger that 80% of the ppl go...i want ranged burst)

You've got too many jewels in there. Remove them all and just add the PvP amulet and that is what the stats actually look like.

I know of a few rangers who run this build in WvW, myself included.

Some prefer healing spring for teammates and Entangle for the elite.

wait....if i remove the jewels thats only pvp gear, but if i leave the jewels there, isn that for pve gear? i mean...i seen ppls screenshots with 70++ crit and 3k power (W/O buffs) so..explain to me, how they get those stats? w/o food or buffs

gw2skills.net has a few problems:

1. No PvE backpiece.
2. PvE jewels are wrong, berserkers does not include any vitality.
3. You shouldn't be able to add 5 trinkets and the PvP amulet, that is not possible in game.

Note the PvP amulet is much stronger than any backpiece, as it is the only pvp trinket.

I have full berskerkers and an ascended berserker backpiece, and my stats are:



I only crit at like 1.2k

Numbers like 7k are the sum total of skills that hit multiple times like Rapid Fire.

Yeh they really need to update it!

I've only got 20 points in Skirmishing but the extra 5 from your build should give you 52% crit.

I find I can't give up Hide in Plain Site though, so I run 30/20/20
