My calculation:

25% from  25 points in Spite
20% from Hemophilia
45% from Runes
10% from Sigil of Agony

I hadn't really thought too much about removing pizza since it also gives bonus Condition Damage, which is always nice, but I will add this new setup to the guide.

I wouldn't personally use it because I feel there are better Sigils, but eliminating a required consumable would save both money and the hassle of having to re-apply it every half hour.

Well, if you want to min/max Rare Veggie Pizza 'only' gives 70 condition dmg - you should swap that for Bowl of Truffle Risotto which gives 100 condition dmg and 70 precition.

The problem is, in order to forgo pizza altogether, you have to go very deep into Spite, which is not a great option for a lot of Necromancers. Plus, because bleed damage is increased by 1 every 20 points in Condition Damage, the extra 30 points from the Truffles is negligible.

In my proposed setups I list the lowest level pizzas required because the benefit is mainly from the duration and the extra Condition Damage is secondary. Plus Truffle Risotto is crazy expensive to maintain.

I'll add a bit to the OP about the Tuffles though.

I thought I'd bring this question of Wicklow's to this thread, since it's focus is on bleed duration. Does anyone have any experience with this Sigil to confirm or disprove this? Theoretically it should influence all bleeds applied so long as the weapon containing the Sigil is currently equipped.

Sorry to hear that! Overall, a lot of Sigils seem to be in a pretty bad way bug-wise. Too many. Hopefully we'll see a fix sooner rather than later and that 4 gold won't have been spent in vain!!

This Sigil situation is bad though. It's like, now you pretty much have to go to the Wiki every time to make sure there is no weird interactions or just straight-up bugs that make them useless

New Information

According to Rennoko on the Official Forums, this is how the 25-stack cap works for bleeding:

I had 3 level 15 elementalists with no gear churn the same champion mob in wvw that I already had 20+ bleeds on… want to hazard a guest what happened?

It knocked off all of my bleeds but one. I can tell based on the fact that my damage tick bounced up once per second… pretty definative proof that the system DOES NOT prioritize damage on bleeds, or duration, or anything. New bleeds knock off old bleeds, simple as that.

This is really awful for condition based heros in PVE events…. and it really should be looked into. Everyone elses incidental bleeds knock off my high damage bleeds… pretty sad. Not happy at all with this realization.

This is contrary to what I, and I think a lot of people, previously thought: that no new bleeds get applied once the stack cap is reached.

If this is true, which it looks like it is, this means things. Probably important things. I will update my guide once I figure out what these things are. I'm not sure I agree that this is "really awful" just yet.
