Hello! I posted this guide two days ago on the GuildWars2 subreddit, but I figured I'd also share it here since there are a lot of people check on guru that might not use reddit. Anyway, here is the link to the guide (it is a Google Doc):

I try to update it often as I discover new things and might add a WvW section in the future. Note that I don't claim to have "invented" this build, as I'm sure many of you have been running this or something similar for a while. This guide is meant for those who are starting a Necromancer and are looking for some (heavy) guidance or veteran Necros that are looking into Power builds to catch a break from casting conditions. Please also keep in mind that the guide was written for PvE and many of the statements in it (unless stated otherwise) will be aimed towards PvE.

Excellent - a build to revisit in the New Year. As good as condition is sometimes you have to accept the visceral thrills of stabbing someone right in the face. Or back
