[The Mighteous One]

This is a video compiled by using 30 second Fraps clips over a period of about 45 minutes. Soloing in Tier 8 EB, I! Mighteous! Demonstrate that not only am I The Greatest Player In The Game, but I am the greatest Ranger that ever lived.

I watched a video the other day of a kid running around farming mobs by spamming them with traps. What a shame.

In fact, I see nothing but shameful video after shameful video on YouTube about rangers. I see people all over the forum saying "We need more! My ranger (with a lowercase "R") isn't strong enough! My traits don't work right! My DPS isn't this! My slot skills aren't that! One guy even said to another guy on this very board that there was such a thing as a "wrong build!"

I figured it was time to show people how to do it the RIGHT way. This video shows that there's absolutely nothing wrong with Rangers but that they're overpowered. Please nerf me, ArenaNet. I'm too good at this game.



You've never seen a video of a Ranger (with a capital R) before. I make use of the boar forage skill! The FORAGE skill! How many of you ever even thought of doing that? Well everybody's gonna be doing it now!

If'n you're lucky, son. The Mighteous One has put this video up to show mouthbreathers that all things are possible with the Ranger. Little kids are going to rush out and study the traits so they can TRY to decipher which ones I used in this video. Then the next video, if there is one, I'll be using a whole NOTHER set of traits and flip the whole world upside down again.

All of these people with their World of Warcraft mindset, and their Occupy Movement style work ethic have got you all confused on what life is all about. These guys spend more time TALKING about Rangers than they do playing them. That's why their videos are pure garbage. That's why they can't ever kill anybody. That's why all videos on YouTube (but mine of course) show you nothing but so called rangers shooting people in the back as they run away from them.

Or so called rangers as part of a zerg shooting people in the back as they run away from them.

Or so called rangers who do nothing but watch their PET play the game. BAHAHAHA!!!

The world is in need of Mighteous, and Mighteous has answered the call.

This probably one of the worst videos i've seen and i honestly hope you dont think you are what you say you are. First part of the video, years of pve, which i skiped trying to find some pvp, first pvp i find is an underleveled ranger which gets you to 50% life. I stop watching there.

Let's see you kids run up to a keep and kill 4 guards at the same time! Let's see you solo a supply camp! Let's see you kill guards and players at the same time! Let's see you pull a skull off the ground, fear your enemies, and make a great escape! Greatest Player In The Game style!

For those of you who take the time to watch the video and learn from the best, your lives will be enhanced. You will be just that much better at playing the game.

For those of you who work for the Occupy Movement, and haven't got the fortitude to watch 40 minutes of greatness. YOUR loss! This is undoubtedly the greatest video of a ranger on the internet!

For me personally, I don't know if my favorite part is when I go to defend the tower and end up shooting some mouthbreather with a ballista, or if it's where me fighting a guard turns into a 3vs1, where I kill one of them, escape, die, get up again, and then kill everything in sight.

They could make a movie about this video, man! "I Dreamed of Mighteous!" "Mighteous and the Mouthbreathers!" "The Greatest Player In The Game!"

No matter what they call it, one thing is for sure. It's oozing greatness.

I was about to talk smack but then I heard you call all the mouthbreathers Obama supporters, and now you're awesome. You need to come to Sorrow's Furnace and teach the mouthbreathers there how to play. I'll back you up with my thief.

And in this thread: a bunch of people who subconsciously know you're talking about them so they felt the need to find whatever they could to get on you about in order to save face.

News flash, guys: this video isn't about how to kill X number of human players solo. It's about how to properly play WvW and the proper mindset behind a good WvW player. PIck your targets wisely. Be aware of your surroundings. Don't run away just because there's more than one opposing player coming at you. Use the resources available to you, meaning the sentries. He made a great point about watching the sentry flag..if it moves or disappears he knows that someone's nearby that he might need to fight or run from.

Notice he had very little problems from his 1V1 encounters, and did quite well against multiple human assailants. And a medium armor class against a keep's guards solo...without pulling them individually...that's impressive no matter who you are.

You know, I almost forgot that I had posted a video to YouTube. I almost forgot about this forum post. What I haven't forgotten however, is that there are no good GW2 YouTube videos but mine. As of right now, I have generated 1,406 views, 10 thumbs up, and 36 thumbs down.

This forum post has been viewed 817 times, and accounting for AKGeo, my first official fanboy, who has probably clicked this thread 500 times by himself just to look for updates, that leaves approximately 900 views generated just by word of mouth & other means. That tells me that I'm probably the biggest thing on the internet right now. Little Pokemon lovers are calling their friends up on Facetime or whatever the Hell you kids use, and asking each other if they have seen the greatest GW2 video since launch! That's what it tells me. I guess I would do the same thing if I were an impressionable youth.

I don't know when I'll be putting up another tape of the proper way to play the game. Since this one, I've transferred to Tarnished Coast mainly to try out a little PvE. I hear this and that about how you can only PvE if you stand there laying traps all night. I've seen videos of that nonsense. More nonsensical than the videos is the Pokemon lovers in the comment section applauding that type of silliness!

It's evident to me that the Ranger is by and large being played the wrong way. Don't worry. Mighteous is on the case.

The first definition has at least 1500 people acknowledging it, The Greatest Player In The World didn't come up with the insult so in that regard the guy isn't exactly sucking up to him.
