The escort one which is rumoured to drop Final Rest at the end. I've done the event twice by luck by randomly going there hoping that the event has started.

Any time I google for info it comes up with the same stupid posts that say you need to kill 3 veterans inside the catacombs then wait 3 hours, and that's ALL it says. There isn't 3 veterans in the catacombs so how the * do you start the thing? I've spent about 5 hours a day for the past 3 days searching the area and I have come to the conclusion that everyone is a dumb ass who said that's how you start the event.

I ran across some event in the middle of the swamp in Blighted Battleground, at the south edge of the zone below Lone Post. When that event was finished, the Warmaster and his party appeared and the escort quest began from there. I hadn't seen the start of this escort event before, but I didn't think to pay more attention to the details because I assumed it was already known. Perhaps hanging around that swamp will help you figure it out.

Not all events have specific starting triggers. Some are timed, some are started by doing stuff and some are simply starting randomly.
Just stick around for a day and see if you can figure it out ^^
