After when I finished a small fight on my human character, I noticed that I started to run super slow, almost like my character was running in slow motion. So at first I thought that it was my armor, so I went to get that fixed and nothing happened. I was still running really slow. Now I know what the normal speed is, and I know that this isnt at the normal speed it should be at. Could it be a bug? I have no idea. I just would like your opinions about this situation (:

I don't know what it is, but I do notice this issue a lot myself.
At first notice I thought it would have been a framerate drop,.. still no clue though.

It's because your still considered to be in battle. After a few seconds it goes away and you return to normal speed.

in this case its a bug.  go attack something and kill it, usually fixes it for me.  if that fails, relog or restart the game entirely.

log out and log back in. you might have encountered a glitch if this really is the case. Logging out removes you from being "in battle"

Or you've accidentally pushed the button that makes your character enter 'walking mode'. Go into options -> controls and check whether you've bound walking to a key.

Feeling your post got wrongfully deleted? Thread locked? Want to chat? Send me a PM. I won't bite

Thats so weird. I had that happen on my human warrior for quite a while, and it eventually went away.  I almost want to say its a certain armor or something that makes you slower, even if that seems preposterous. :P

Obvious answers, just because they need to be said. Check that you aren't crippled (pretty sure you'd notice and it doesn't last that long anyway).
Check if you are in attack mode or not, one of the easiest ways to see this is to figure out if your health is naturally regenerating or not. If your health won't regenerate on its own then the issues is that you're stuck in attack mode, getting falling damage usually fixes that for me xD.
As someone else mentioned, make sure it isn't the walk key bind, option up your options/setting menu and navigate to the controls area, find the walk key bind and set it to something else/try using the key bind next time your character is going slow and see if it puts them back into run mode.
