I haven't been on in over a month and I wanna get back into spvp. Whats the current state of elementalists? I used to run scepter/dagger (Phantaram's build) but it doesn't seem like he streams gw2 anymore. Need some tips. Thanks!

his build still works but if you see some ele's streaming tornado is becomming more popular for first and last map to easily take a point from enemy!
