I am making a Gwen amigurumi, when i finally come to the face, i have some difficulty with the expression, its the eyes... i can't get it right with crochet, i also don't want to use paper and felt is not exactly something i can find here easilly, and they cost a lot, so what do you think of the eyes, it kind a creeps me out a bit. (don't mind the hair yet, lol, its not being "comb", and i am also planning that this doll can be an Asura as well with different legs/feet shape.

need advise.

thanks

I only see one eye, so that's a little creepy  :-P In any event, while I'm not familiar with the character, I think the eye itself is quite well done...

That looks like you went through a lot of work !
So.. the game image is a Gwen with rosy cheeks, but your doll has white cheeks, and the white in the eyes is mixing with the white in the cheeks?

Hmm, I only saw one photo with the single eye in the OP, but seeing the images in Rhododendren's post I don't think they look creepy at all though the middle image, while perhaps less technically accurate, is IMO the nicest look...

Don't mess with the white face!
I mean, look at dat crochet work !
What if you make the eyes green (second or third picture) ? I mean, just the circle inside

I think the eyes are great, I would suggest altering the mouth a bit. A lighter pink color for the inside and make the shape a bit shorter and wider.  It also needs to be set down a bit lower, current positioning leaves no space really for the invisible nose.

Heehee.  It's always cool to see projects like these.  Can't wait to see the completed work.

(I just found Gwen's memorial in Ebonhawke, such a well-done and touching detail for them to put in)
