Tengu is an amazing race as well I would love to see being playable. Of the ones you listed though I would not really want to play any of those.

"The Tengu were originally considered for inclusion as a playable race, but we pulled back and settled on the five races you now see in game." (Source: The making of Guild Wars 2 book)

edit: if I had to strictly base it off your list, I wouldn't pick any. Anet has enough trouble making armor work on non-humanoid races as it is (charr), and all of those would end up looking just as horrible as the charr do.

Tengu, centaurs, and largos interest me more. I don't expect to see largos playable, at least I hope not.

I think the point of the thread is which TRIBAL race would you like to see?
None of those are tribal. Definitely not the Tengu and Largos. Centaurs might be considered tribal, but if they make centaurs playable it'll be in the form of mounts.
Allow me to repeat, guys, Tengu are not tribal, they are civilized. They'll probably be playable soon.
I don't really want any of the tribal races to be playable. Maybe Hylek, but we have enough annoying rodents with the asura being playable and quaggans make better NPC's than they would player characters.

That's why I said none of the above. I don't want to play any of those species, and the tribal nature of their culture or society is irrelevant to my desire. I'm not convinced that quaggan or skritt are tribal anyway.
The idea that centaurs would ever be playable as mounts is just not plausible.

More likely playable races: Tengu, Largos, Kodan
Not likely but I would really like to play one: Palawa Joko's undead, Dredge, Elonian centaur

But as for the topic, I would probably go with the Grawl. They seem the easiest out of the list to design armour around, and they look ugly! Therefore, being that they are ugly, very few people will play them, it will just be me and a few others who don't have the aggravating mentality to always choose "that race that looks as close to what you look like IRL", or "the perfect you race", or "the most beautiful race"... *cough humans*.

But I'd really like to play dredge - they have rebel ones, so it's not a stretch. Immune to blind - yes please.
