[Neo Nugget]

Some of you may remember the asset kit that was released on the official Guild Wars 2 website well before the game actually launched last August. Well dust off your virtual filing cabinet, because now you can find the updated version of this here. Inside you can find new concept art and screenshots as well as an updated FAQ and logo. The HD version is much larger and contains some photoshop files to play around with. The last documented update to this collection was late 2011, so it's highly recommended for those who are looking to stay current.

Please note everyone interested in this, according to the [url="http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/User:Stephane_Lo_Presti/GW2_Asset_Kit#Guild_Wars_2_Asset_Kit_version_number:_2013.01_-_Update_notes"]Asset Kit Update Notes[/url] , the new Screenshots and concept art images are only in SD, not HD. I can't confirm it myself, as it would take way too long on my 40kb/s connection.

I downloaded both; I can confirm the HD version does not include the Concept Art and Screenshots folders that are included in the SD version.

That said, while some of the concept art may not have appeared in the earlier asset kits, I don't see anything here that we haven't seen before in some form, so they may just have meant "new to the asset kit" rather than "new to the community." I could be mistaken though, but I'm pretty sure I recognize most of it from other materials.
