I want the rifle for the skin, but it's 63k. The wiki says some heart vendors have them as fine and masterwork, so they would cost less karma. Problem is I can't seem to be able to find the rifle. Anyone know where it would be at?

The karma vendors were recently changed to hold more basic-skinned weapons. Some good ways to get karma are the daily achievements (karma jugs that give 4500 karma each, or more if under different karma boosts like guild banners and ice cream) and dungeons.

Yep, I had the skin from the cheap karma vendor on my rifle and it changed some weeks ago after a patch. Looked pretty cheap afterwards...
