Free-To-Play as of yesterday

I played the TERA free-trial or beta several months ago.. I cannot recall what it was about TERA I did not like so I will somewhat reluctantly give it another try. I will be optimistic here and hope whatever it was has been changed or improved.

This F2P idea seems to be the flavour of the year, wonder what else will be following suit. Might make me check this game out.

After this last patch, I am downloading Tera as I type. Maybe this will provide a nice distraction until Anet starts to get things right with their game :)

Downloaded this since I'm giving gw2 a long rest, enjoying it so far.
I like that each class has its own evade mechanic makes the playstyle a bit different than dodge roll for everyone.

There is also a system that lets you chain moves together ..
you can activate the next move in a chain with spacebar instead of the normal hotkey.
Example :
the Archer has a move he hits twice in melee to damage and stun an attacker,
this procs a promt to hit spacebar to activate the next move in the chain which damages the attacker breaking the stun,
and another proc/promt to hit spacebar again to activate the third skill which leaps you away away from the attacker.

Was expecting starting areas to be dead..but they are thriving people everywhere, which also surprised me.
