You can find "Flurry" for windows somewhere on the internet, but i don't use a screensaver for a long time, i don't know if it's compatible with the latest windows.

Having a screensaver is like driving a Humvee in order to save on the gas bill.
For backgrounds, there are plenty of GW2 wallpapers

Plasmas and LCDs can also suffer from image persistence, and early plasmas had burn-in problems similar to some CRT monitors.
