I am trying to get into the world Tarnished Coast (chose Borlis Pass because I wasn't informed of the unofficial RP world) but every time I try to transfer, it's always full. I was advised to keep refreshing until it isn't full, to no avail. I'm a serious roleplayer and I'm starting to get turned off from playing Guild Wars 2 because it's starting to get really boring without people who share the same interests. Is there any other way I can get into the world or am I doomed to the tedious work of refreshing?

Your best chances are to try when there is the least amount of players logging in.
I've also seen it rumoured that they may increase the max population number, though can't confirm it.
