So, I wanna make my warrior shout build, and I'm still trying to figure out what I wanna go with on the first major trait in Tactics. maybe the formula is screwed up because my warrior isn't level 80 yet, but it seems that the 70 power from Empower Allies only boosts my attack by like 52 points. (my war is level 60, FYI) Since I'm shout build, I should have 3 or 4 separate boons up at any given time so with Empowered I would be doing 5%-ish on average extra damage. Even considering how Empower Allies affects the whole group, they both seem like pretty small increases in damage. What do you guys think is the better option?

I use leg specialist because hammers, swords and axes have a cripple skill.
But if you want one of those, i would go with Empower Allies. Boons can be stripped and the increase in damage only starts to become noticable with like 4+ boons. Not that +70 power makes a big difference but ya gotta pick one right?

The whole group will benefit more from you bringing Banner of Discipline or Tactics and traiting into banner cool downs instead or either of those two options.

Is there any way to tell how much the banner trait increases the range on the banner? Also if I go that path, should I bother bringing the battle standard? I use Signet of Rage pretty religiously right now.

Nah, the elite banner just isn't a great option even with reduced cool down.

On the other hand it's a giant flaming banner that you can drop into a fire field to make everything explode.
