Hello, i tried to reset my password in Guild Wars 2 and it went smoothly, but when i tried to put my password in the Guild Wars 2 client it said that it was wrong, so i thought "maybe my old pass will work", but no, it didnt work.

And when i try to reset my pass again it says that it failed to do so.

Can someone help?

[please post questions in Q&A - Arduin]

No, im certain that i didnt, my new pass was like 20 characters long up from 12 to ensure maximum protection, but i double-checked that it was what i wanted, and when u reset ur pass u have to type it twice  so i would know if i made a typo or capslock error.

Go lodge a support ticket on the official GW2 website..
Nobody on fan forums can do anything for you.

Not likely xD
It means that either, despite you being careful, you managed to type the password incorrectly. For some reason the change wasn't fully processed or something mucked up on their end.

The only thing I could possibly think of - if you have a GW1 account that is tied to your GW2 account try logging into that and changing the password from there (I wound up in a bit of a mess doing a password change and was able to fix it by changing it through GW1).
Of course if you don't have a GW1 account then that wont help you at all xD
