P.S. Figured I'd attempt farming these because they are the most expensive.

That is if you manage to find a group and/or have time.

I've never understood why people farm if they have better money making alternatives.

Two related reasons: self-sufficiency and supply-and-demand. If everybody decided they had better money-making alternatives, then the supply would drop and the price would go up until some people moved back to farming. It's been my observation that there's always some people who continue farming even when there's a "better" option available because they don't like to be tied by what the market's doing. They know what materials they need and they're not going to bother with the frustration of earning money today only to find that that the price of their materials went up 25% by tomorrow.

Just because if everybody farm gold and buy material, well these gold farming alternatives won't gonna be profitable anymore while material prices gonna went crazy high.
So people continue to farm these tier 6 material so i could buy them at cheap price ; ).

Because I refuse to pay 3 times what it cost for other t6 mats. I rather top off what I need myself then pay someone a ridiculous amount. It only encourages them and I can't recall the last time I farmed anything, so it wouldn't hurt to put the MF gear I crafted long ago to some use again.
Back to the question at hand though, no one knows off good spots to farm these? I heard CS mentioned but nothing specific.

Totems = Grawl cave in Frostgorge
Sacs = Spiders in Cursed Shore (Shelter farming)
They're expensive because of the supply (or lack thereof), and only partly because people might be jacking up the prices on those particular mats. Back when the bots were farming Frostgorge, the blood/totems were cheap as dirt. Not the case anymore. I've farmed CS pen/shelt for a long time and only have 28 sacs. We're talking weeks of farming a couple hours a day. Best to play the TP, do FotM or dungeons and buy them like others have mentioned.
I understand your issue with paying the high prices, but it's going to be more painful to farm all of them on your own.

I appreciate the advice, but I'll probably stick to farming them. I mean I would buy what I need but Im not paying 60g for 100 vials 100 sacs and 100 totems even if it takes me a week or two. I'm in no real rush to finish my legendary.
