I know there are similar topics, but people usually look for good wvw/pve combo, I am only looking for good wvw server. What does that mean?
I like roaming and I like good fights that is why I am looking at t1 now because I think best players to duel are there. I also like my allies to be good fighters so i can roam in little groups sometimes and if needed join organised zergs, sieges and defences. I also want to find server that doesn´t just rely on guild teams and would suck if those would leave. As I said I don´t care for pve, especialy because guesting is coming. I have heard that Desolation is good English server, do you have any other suggestions?
P.S: EU server
Thank you!

server rank has nothing to do with player skill, just numbers/coverage/organization. You're just as likely to encounter a skilled opponent on any tier.
that being said, the higher the tier, the less likely it is you'll ever encounter someone to duel. "roaming" on T1 means slamming into zerg after zerg.

In Tier 1 and Tier 2, there is very little room to roam in small groups.
In these tiers there are a whole lot of large, fast moving zergs that you will run into as a small group very often.
It can be done, but in the lower tiers, there is a lot more room for a small group to move and achieve things.

EU T1 has very little roam room for a small group/solo as it its full of VS zergs altho that being said i have found a few small group/solo encounters against the 3rd opponent but usually only cause they are pushing for map comp.
T2 or T3 would be better for small roam group/solo play.
Also would depend on your time zone for play aswell, But if you insist on T1, I can say I dont know what Des queues are like but I know we have no queues outside EU primetime except for EB and these queues are only 5mins at most during primetime they are maybe 30mins but you can usually get straight into a border zone even at primetime.
But be aware that Des or SFR will go to T2 next week, due to an uncompetitive T2 as a result of end of free transfers.

That said, I am sure very skilled players exist on all tiers.

i agree with this, i am from Deso, and u rarely see single roaming dudes around, who are jsut run over by either one of the servers,
And VS is notorious for their 60+ roaming. However if u want to join a wvw guild and then roam with them, then either Deso or SFR are a good choice.
T2 and below are highly unstable now, cos of constant movements. i havent heard of any guilds leaving either SFR or Deso so far.

i m from Seafarer's Rest server, here we have a good number of www players, also the server is still medium population so quee are really short or not existant at all, and ofc we play in Tier 1 from 6 weeks where we achieved the top spot 3 times
rather then this we also have a lot players doing pve so you will get fast party for any dungeon / activity you are willing to do (like Dragons/Shadow Behemoth...etc)
Temples of Gods at Cursed Shore and Melchors Leap often are clear, and lvl 80s areas are always full of player day and night.
We have a strong comunity at www.pevepe.net and a public TS free for all members and theyr friends.
i would like you and your friends think about joining our server, it may be what you are looking for!
have a great day, bye bye
