Like all recipes, that use certain dungeon tokens, it can be found in the same dungeon.
In this case: the recipe can drop in Arah.

Wish you luck, the recipy itself is probably rarer then a pre cursor drop.

Yeah you can run over 1000 dungeons and still never recieve a single recipe from any of them, worse RNG than mystic toilet.
