Looking to say goodbye once and for all to the zerg

As it stands, I do not roleplay in this game, I can't get into it and find that the thing that really entertains me, is WvW.
My playstyle is either defending towers, escorting Dollys, small skirmishes etc etc, and also going behind the lines in small groups to disrupt and annoy the enemy.
However, PS is now tier 3, and frankly, my chosen playstyle is redundant at this level, the only thing that matters, is how big your zerg is, and how many of them you can field at any one time. There is next to no real strategy, just easily pleased sheep following the blue icons around the map.
Since I would really love PS to lose week in week out, and go into freefall to drop to the middle levels, but i don't see that happening at the moment, I am finding my interest in WvW and therefore the game in general, in massive decline. So I am thinking of moving to a lower tiered EU server (needs to be English speaking in the main), who still maintain a reasonable WvW populace, but perhaps where the tactics and strategies involved are not based on how much cannon fodder can be thrown into the field.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not to mention the argument of guilds leaving and the server freefalling goes both ways - more glory for the guilds that remain, not to mention shorter queue times
Anyway, without an accurate guild and population list, its hard to give an advice. Gunnars Hold perhaps? I remember on release it was quite English dominated. Currently T8. Or perhaps you want to pick up the pieces of what was believed to be the largest and dominating English/Nordic server on release, Far Shiverpeaks. Its T7. But it has a very high population so maybe not that good. Ruins Of Surmia in T9 maybe?

No point jumping from Piken to elsewhere if there is still largely a zerg culture in existance.
If I don't get any response, I will most likely just take a break from the game for a month or so, and see if Piken plummets to the depths. I really have little interest in PVE, so the rest of the game offers me nothing to keep me entertained with any longevity.
Edit: Tricky waiting until 27th in the hope of seeing the bandwagoners leave, not giving me much time to jump ship if they don't.

If not, it strikes me as a good idea to actually use the paid transfer system once the dust has settled after the 28th, as it ought to be easier then to judge a server accurately, which is currently an impossible thing to do, who knows who is going where in the next few days?

Meh, it doesnt really matter what happen. If it freefall, it freefall. I will leave when the guild does, that's all I know.
