[Answered] Account Terminated and do not know why,any advice ?

Now am I being accused of all these things or does this mean my account was terminated for
violating any of these offenses ?
The only offense I could have done out of what was mentioned would be extended unattended play, which is odd to me, since the other mmo's I play simply log you off if you sit idle for too long.
Terminating someones account for extended unattended play seems a bit extreme, especially if the player isn't aware of this rule.
Now if I'm being accused of all the violations mentioned then someone has gotten into my
account and messed things up for me.
I submitted a ticket informing support of this issue. Now if this account termination isn't lifted
can I return my copy of this game to Best Buy for a refund ?

If you are sure you didn't perform any of those actions and nobody else had access to your account, you can hope support will look into it and revoke the termination.
No idea about the Best buy refund, sorry.

Looks like I'm just out of 60 bucks.Doesn't look like I'm alone on this,I did some research and quite a few people have complained about the exact same thing.
I'm thinking someone got into my account somehow and messed things up for me.Lesson learned...Stay away from mmo's and account bound gaming.
Thanks for the reply.

If someone really got into your account, it will be restored to you. The lesson you say that you've learned seems extreme to me.

If you did not do anything that was described, it's possible your account was stolen and used in that fashion without your knowledge or consent. In that case, the punishment may be reversed. You'd probably have much better luck with NCSoft than appealing to Best Buy.
Edit:

This is what you should do, and you have done it already. Now you should wait for them to reply. Allow 72 hours for a response to your ticket.

Don't worry, i've been permabanned twice. once for suppossedly selling in game money for real $$ and for botting. I did neither of course. it took a few weeks each time, but Anet support (which I hope is much better than it was at launch) restored my account fully. Give it time.

At the end of my original post I explained that I submitted a ticket however, from what I've read, submitting a ticket can take weeks for a reply.
I would have posted this thread on the official site if my account wasn't terminated.Oh yeah,if your account is terminated you cannot post on the official site. The only way to get an account is to buy the game again and get a new serial number.Yep,inorder to use the official site you have to enter the serial number of the actual game you bought.
This is why I posted the thread here.I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else as of late.

Don't get me wrong,I'm not worried or angry,I just don't like getting jilted for no reason, especially after buying the game legally.
Thanks for the reply,appreciated.

You don't need an active account to file a support request at https://en.support.guildwars2.com/. File a ticket through there and you should get a response fairly quickly.
Also, the initial response to both of our requests was that the decision to permanently band our accounts was final, etc. We asked for a further review and both the bans were ultimately reversed so don't give up. Just a reminder that it helps to be polite.

They lifted my ban.It seems a lot of people are having this problem.
After I received a new password given to me by them I was told to make a new password of my own that would be difficult to figure out.
I used to play dc universe on ps3 and never had this problem which leads me to believe pc based mmo's probably attract a lot of hackers.
Also, instead of idling for long periods of time I will simply log off when not playing to be on the safe side.
Thanks for the replies people, much appreciated.
