I'm looking forward to it. I know the game won't look that good, but it certainly has me hyped. There's always room for another good Cyberpunk game out there.

And I'm not talking about boobies or blood and gore. Only a child would associate these things with maturity. I'm talking about story telling where the creator isn't held back on subjects because some people might be too sensitive to them in the real world. Story telling where 5 million lobbyist groups don't get to change the core meaning of the story. A story where commercialization doesn't mean sacrificing intelligent and realistic story just so that kids can buy their games. Story telling that challenge an adult mind and make it think in new ways.
If they can bring that into a cyberpunk RPG, I'll have a hard time not loving it. We need more of these kinds of Developers, so we can get a balance between the fairy tale type of simplistic story telling games like Mass Effect and Dragon Age that are made to cater to too wide a audience and therefore come off as stretched thin and the gritty realistic down to earth story telling of games like The Witcher. Games that realize that in real life very rarely is one person completely evil, and there are no absolutes. There isn't only good or bad people. There are different points of views, and different reasons for peoples actions. Real life is complicated, and that should translate to video games.
In real life you are not a paragon or a renegade.

I agree, that's why I said "We need more of these kinds of Developers, so we can get a balance".

I agree with what you say for the most part. But for your last sentence I will say that bioware is good at making video game stories while projeckCD is good at making stories. Gamers imo love to have a lot of things quantified and I think the paragon/"that other one I never use", is perfect for people that enjoy those sort of control. ProjeckCD is an Oscar bait, while Bioware is like a slightly better summer blockbuster movie.
I do hate ProjeckCD for not releasing expacs for the witcher 1 or 2, I mean real expac and stuff not the enhance version.

IMO the witcher is interesting, but probably overdoes it. On the other side, if you watch zero punctuation, Yahtzee often complains about games with moral choices forcing you into being all good or all evil. That's probably not good for this game either.

You are correct Cyberpunk is not about saving the World instead it is about saving yourself and MAYBE a few others like family if you really care about them.
Witcher 2 was great to me because of good Action combat, some good twists in the story and full nudity as it should be! That said Witcher is not Cyberpunk or even SCIFI.
Titan Blizzards next MMO is SCIFI! There is a very small rumor that it MAYBE has Cyperpunk theme also but that is pretty much speculation.
Yeah Cyberpunk movies if you don't like old movies then try Doomsday(2008).
