Does it proc on auto attack? And if so does it proc per grenade thrown?

Tnx, also should I run sigil of earth or sigil of strength? I'm in rampager's + rabid gears with rare fire, hoelbrak and strength runes .

get some superior condition damage runes and grab a sigil of earth and run p/s or p/p and get a sigil of agony. Very easy to cap bleed with this set up, plenty of builds listed if you read through the forum

ty, and yes i will try that build, my runes are leftovers from that might stacking juggernaut build every1 talks about :^)
