I saw posts about the Dreamer, Moot and the Predator having some outstanding new effects added. So did the Frostfang have any changes to it? O:

Please post videos or Pictures of it Also to any other legendary's that they may have added some extras to them.

Looks like Frostfang's effects remain the same, I thought they added some sort of icey mist aura...

I swore at 0:15 I thought he had some sort of Ice mist around him...maybe it was just my imagination.

I think it's hilarious that the minstrel got no love whatsoever, while it's commonly called the worst legendary of all time.

At least with this update they've given us the hope that some of the... "lesser" legendaries (meteorlogicus/minstrel) will eventually get worked on.

Outstanding effects ? Seriously ? Considering the time and efforts involved to make one they could have put something else than some unicorn effect. What is up with the gay rainbows on legendaries as well? The guy in charge of it should be fired.

I want my characters to look mean, this type of gfx should be for social stuff only.

I don't understand why people are so against The Dreamer.  Whenever I see people bashing The Dreamer and saying how "gay" it is, it just screams overcompensation to me.  I think The Dreamer is unique and kind of funny, who wouldn't want to kill an ogre with rainbows?

Frostfang could use some more love though.  Some 1 handers are supposed to have footfall effects now but I don't think Frostfang is one of them.  I guess we'll have to wait until the February update to see what other legendaries get a boost.

Well not a big fan of rainbows, but Unicorns fit the name, The Dreamer. It's actually quite fun seeing people with it

For those not in love iwth unicorns, wait for a darker set of legendaries.

First of all, it's the Bifrost, not the bitfrost.. wtf

Second of all, the Bifrost is one of the cooler Legendaries, I agree rainbow ponies is a bit over the top but who am I to judge what other people want. Just because it has colors doesn't make it childish or gay, only a truly immature person would think that.

It is your choice if you want to spend those hundreds of hours to get the skin. You know what it looks like, even before you start saving up for it. Perhaps there is a different legendary that you like and can use? otherwise, there are plenty of other skins out there.

Overcompensation? Sorry, but the Dreamer is overBronyation to me. Yes, it and Quip should be party favor items and effects, not Legendary WEAPONS. I wouldn't want to kill an ogre with a unicorn farting rainbows. Sorry. It was laugh-worthy for a half second then I thought "damn, would I want to run around with this all the damn time? Hell no."

Shortbow is my Thief's staple. Everything else is one-handed. I'd need two legendaries to complete the package. The only one-handed legendary is a pander to Bronies, homosexuals and 13 year old girls. This is undeniable, and it annoys me on principle.

I don't want weapons to look dark/emo/covered in spikes.  I personally think that looks far more stupid than a rainbow unicorn ever could, in what sense does that make someone a "fanboy"?  People have different tastes, if you don't like one style, use a different weapon.  The game isn't being made to perfectly suit you and you alone, for crying out loud.

It's a bit of fun and for the record, I hate MLP.

My thoughts exactly. In my book, being dark and edgy doesn't make you any cooler than, let's say, shooting unicorns. Everyone can watch videos about the legendaries before deciding to go for one. Complaining about something you've crafted for it's "Legendary" status and not for it's looks (e-peen at maximum) then want a-net to modify them for you, is so 5th grade. There are lot's of "dark" looking weapons in the game already, pick one of those.

Imagine if you crafted twilight for it's "dark look" and people started complaining on the forums to change it to unicorn style. This is what most guys do here, just vice-versa

This. Shooting rainbows was funny, but this is just a bit weird ... I have nothing against the "happy" theme most legendaries seem to share, but the Dreamer seems a bit too much indeed.

Lol how you were able to twist my arguement into fanboy-ism is beyond me. Anyone going for the Dreamer should know how it looks so the fact that it is a unicorn-butterfly bow that shoots unicorns is a non-issue. What is an issue is that you seem to feel that your opinion that it is gay (and I'm ignoring the pejorative here) is somehow some kind of standard. Go ahead and want your characters to look "mean" and "dark" (lol what an original and fresh idea) but don't imply that's what the rest of us want.

I would have been happy with rainbow footprints being added to The Dreamer, but since unicorns generate this sort of response Im so glad I crafted this for my thief.

People are really taking the rainbow weapons personally huh? You do know that it is optional right? If you want to look like an angsty teenager whose 'dark' and 'edgy' that's great and wholly original but some of us actually enjoy the Bifrost and Dreamer's rainbows, they're lovely. Wow, that's sad.  Apparently my joke went over your heads.  The fact that you took such a personal offense to the Dreamer is why I made the overcompensation joke, not like it stopped immature comments from being posted though.  Got to love the animosity of the internet that gives these children the courage to post that.

But that's not the issue here.  I don't care about your sentiments on the Dreamer.  You can't argue opinions because opinions are neither wrong nor right.  You're just angry that someone has a dissenting viewpoint from your own.  That is what's pathetic.  You could say that it's over the top or not to your liking, that would be fine.

The Issue is when you pull out the gay argument that it becomes unacceptable.  Saying something like "the Dreamer panders to homosexuals and that annoys me" is too close to actual gay bashing.  Saying that it's gay or childish shows a complete lack of maturity on your part.  And stereotyping that all gay men love unicorns and rainbows is an asinine comment to make.

Just leave the "it's gay so it sucks" comments off this forum, if you want to continue this conversation then PM me.  Please refrain from replying in this thread.  You know, pretend to be an adult, difficult as that may be for you.
