But no seriously I am in love with the quip...I know others may not enjoy it, but it shoots confetti. My mesmer would die happy, but alas I'm way too lazy to make a legendary.
If they came up with some vampire/gothic themed armor and weapons I'd stop being so lazy.
Cry harder. Please your tears fuel the unicorns! *Some friendly advice stop being so homophobic.*
Wait...so claiming that I don't want a weapon that doesn't match the atmosphere of the game, and which only exists to pander to those who live a lifestyle centered around rainbows and unicorns (yes, that's what this does. I was OK with the dreamer before they multiplied the effect by over 9000) makes me homophobic?
That makes no sense at all.

Yes, clearly.
And since more than one person claims that critics of it are "taking offense" to the Dreamer...I won't bother quoting. It's not about taking offense. It's about not being at all interested in having it. And since my thief is my #1 character, it would make sense that its primary weapon be the choice of legendary. That primary weapon would be shortbow. I have no interest in the current shortbow Legendary. I wanted to go for a legendary. Not any more. Sure, I can go for it on another character, but if I don't end up playing that character primarily, that legendary is a waste. So instead, I'm practically forced to settle for "lesser" exotics, which will eventually have less-than-max stats when ascended weapons are released. I guess then I'll have to transmute the Wintersbark I'm now working towards to an Ascended weapon. Oh wait, what if that Ascended weapon also has a nice skin? Now I have a conflict.
The legendary should have been skinned appropriate for the environment of the game. The Dreamer's effects should be relegated to party favor items.
