anyone here got veteran slayer as a daily and figured out how to get credit?.. I have killed normal vets, event vets, wvw vets, nothing works.

I didn't get Veteran slayer as a daily. Today was Events, Gatherer, Healer, Dodger and Kill variety if I recall correctly. Seems like a bug.

I got Vet today in my daily's. It worked fine. Killed Vets in the PVE.

People on the official forum reported the same problem. Something to do with your system time being out of sync.

Ya, I got Vet in mine and I have killed 4 random Vets in PvE and all 4 counted thus far.

For me veterans killed in events with many other people didn't count. I went to a low-level zone and killed them there with no problems.

Would be weird if system time was a factor. That would mean you could set your own clock to a certain day of the week if you want different daily tasks

Was not getting credit for some. Later I went to CS to participate in Grenth, Melandru and random events that went down and any Vets I saw. Got credit for all 5 in CS.

no trouble at all here. Kill 2 vets in one location, another in a different zone and then in WvW...all of them granted me credit towards the daily.

the problem with the system time is that it will let you see the dailys from a different day but the server will only count the correct days events
