Does anyone know if there's any sizable quantity of Dredge who drop tier 4 materials/packages?

Tribulation Rift has lvl 50 dredge, which have a chance of dropping tier 4 materials. They drop Miner's Sack, which contains (amongst others) tier 4 materials.
