Is there a way to get those last 25 levels without wasting my ectos?

No other way out, should have done it when they were cheaper lol - and it's only 9 ectos

I caved in and did it. managed to make the cost of 4 ectos back so only really cost me 3 to reach it. Happy I guess =)
