Hey all we've got an interview with ANet up on our site talking about design philosopy, magic find, the bar brawl and a little lore about djinn check it out

As a part of the community that put this interview together, some of the questions weren't particularly appealing to my interests either. But you'd be surprised at how many people found these sorts of questions very intriguing. I'm sorry if you didn't like it, but not every interview is going to ask about "critical questions".

I have always found the djinn to be an intersting subset of creatures in tyria. I am also an rper, a tyrian lore nerd and have copius notes on my in game character's back story which are related to the djinn (see above statment of nerdyness). So when I got the oppotunity to ask a bunch of questions I went for it and am quite pleased with the results.

That said there is a reason why there was only one hard lore question.

You are aware that there's a whole subsection of the community that focuses on in-game lore, right?

Just because a question is of interest to you doesn't mean there aren't people who'd be interested in the answers. Believe me, given a week or so to consult with my peers and prepare questions, we could probably come up with pages worth of questions that you wouldn't be interested in.

'Course, Jeff and Ree would probably refuse to answer half of them, but that's beside the point.

Now, that question in particular pretty much just confirmed things we had pretty much already taken as given, but it's good to have confirmation from an unexpected source.

Very nice interview, good to know they're at least looking at MF.
