When buy or sell orders have the same value how does the game determine whose order will process. As an example, if I put up some copper ore to sell at 16cp each, and there are hundred of other orders selling at that same price, whose copper ore gets bought the next time someone buys copper ore?

The order which was put up first. Your order will only be sold after all earlier placed sell orders are bought.

Ok cool. Thanks. And I read on another website that there is a way to access my GW2 account on the web to put up and take down buy orders in the Black Lion Trading Company. Is this actually possible and how can I do this?

Could be people are referring to the Extended Experience, but that hasn't been implemented yet.
