Will there be any possible customization in the UI? Because I don`t know about you, but I always preffer to have a clear screen. And daily/monthly achiev. are not helping just staying on the right side of the screen. Or when some huge event pops up, say Lost Shore. Yes , you informed me about, but I want now my close box. Don`t force me to have them there.
Besides that, I might want to change the locations of skill bar. Or party window. Was that hard for them to do it like in GW1?

Nope 'cuz GW2 is artistic.

No really I'm not kidding. Custom UI is too 'hardcore'. The artsy touches to the UI keep it inline with the devs wish to aid in the story booking telling PvE and keep it a casual game.

All sarcasm aside, at the moment there is not much you can customize in the ui, other than size and location of the chat, questlog and radar. I do not know about any upcoming changes on this.

You can manually minimize the event popups though by clicking them though.
