it's ridiculous. losing out on 15 points all the time now. is this a recent thing?

Because you didn't kill him. If he gets up and gets a kill there's a chance he will come fully back to life.

Or did you mean if you killed him after he's already in vengeance?

i down a warrior, he vengeances, i kill him -- no points.

this happens almost every single time.

I've noticed this recently as well.  I'm pretty sure I used to get points for killing them if they fail to rally while in Vengeance but I don't remember...

It's a bug I'm sure. Hopefully a patch will come soon. It's probably not high on their list though.

during a group fight in tpvp an enemy warrior got downed, we couldnt finish him, he got up. an ally and i got put into down'd state, the venganced warrior then died outright and neither of us res'd.

there seems to be a real issue with the game detecting these deaths, its relatively rare for it to effect you in a major way (besides the point losses) but it does happen. hope they fix it soon.

this also happens quite frequently with killing necromancers. i neither get res'd from downstate nor points.

unbelievable that this is happening now. they actually INTRODUCED horribly annoying bugs into the game 7 months in.

It's especially annoying in WvW, since as we all know, every Warrior who vengeances away was going to drop you a Precursor.

The Necromancer one has actually been more annoying personally, because I've been fighting one near a zerg, we got into a downed fight and I won, but because I didn't rally, the zerg just walked over and killed me.
