Made this vid, thought you guys might like it. It's pretty good for those who don't know about how to really maximize pet swapping. It even has a pretty cool use for stowing.

Wow! Why the hell didn't they tell anyone about the swap/specific skill thing!?

This changes everything!

Oh and guys, if use your pets the way the guy does in the video, it's best not to have the trait that transfers CC to your pet because your pet will be interrupted and he won't do what he is supposed to.

Cool video, but the only problem I see is with using Quickness on the double cat example.  If you pop quickness then swap pets, the second pet doesn't gain the benefit.  Although, you could pop one pet, then hit quickness after you swap...

Not sure if this adds to the value of the video, but, as far as I know, with dogs, if you keep the pet on passive, then hit F1, as long as the leap isn't on cooldown, the leap is the first skill the dog uses.
That or I'm experiencing an insane statistical anomaly.

The quickness is for the first pet since the second pet has the 3 second quickness on swap.

Thanks for that. Never tried it cos' I was always testing on the bosses and they always attack my pet first regardless of whether it's passive or not.

The Two builds I used are in the show notes but here they are for your viewing pleasure.

Burst: http://gw2skills.net...NOukctCYMyWkpIA

And Double Cat Pet build; http://gw2skills.net...IkQI7POxk/sEZIC

The double cat pet build is something I just put together, it's not something I've tested extensively. The idea for that build is to keep a person at range and chilled so that your pet can maul on them more efficiently. The burst build just plays into my 5s knockdown build way better than anything else so I use that.
