That motherboard might need a BIOS update to work with that chip if it does you need a chip it supports with its current BIOS to do it.

If you are not building it yourself then no worries.
Also make sure you have the proper power supply.

Yes, you can play GW2 with it. The FX-6300 might not handle WvW as well as an i5 would though.

so if i take i5 3570 (no k) i will get better performance in WvW?

so now i will put :
CPU: i5 3570 (without k)
RAM: Corsair 2x4gb@1600MHz
MBO: MSI B75A-G41
GPU: Sapphire HD 7870 GHz Edition OC
so that is better than configuration with AMD FX 6300?

Yes. For reference, you could look at this chart:
http://www.tomshardw...ock,3106-5.html
I think that chart is a bit skewed - that is, I think the FX-8350 may actually be better than some of the older Sandy Bridge cpus (i5-2xxx), (test results vary) but any Ivy Bridge (i5-3xxx) is better than the FX-6300 - even the i5-3350P, which is basically an i5-3450 without the graphics portion.
If cost is a problem, I'd suggest going with an i5-3350P or i5-3470.

Pretty much. I run an i5-3570K and an HD7870 and I have everything set to high (render sampling on "native"). You will still have some fps reduction in WvW and large events (everyone does), but it will still be playable (> 30 fps).
