After spending time going through forums, I still cannot find the perm stealth/back-stab build. Could some one please post the build, skills, traits. Gear is pretty straightforward, however, what runes are people using on weaps. Thanks for help community.

Here is what I am thinking. Obviously skills can be changed depending on what you like as well as P/D for Shortbow.
