Has anybody else had this happen? I've completed all 8 story modes for the respective dungeons, and all 8 individually show 1/4 paths completed, but the separate Dungeons Discovered achievement only shows 7 stories completed. oO <-- What's up with that?

Achievements are bugged at the moment. Slayer, Survivor, etc. You can get them again, or you can wait for it to be fixed.
