Questions on ability mechanics

1) Does Feedback reflect projectiles from both sides, or only ones fired from within it?
2) For the purposes of illusions being "killed," does the game count illusions vanishing when an enemy is killed?

All these situations will cause the projectile to be reflected.
2) I'm not sure I follow this question. If you mean what I think you do, then in a situation such as the enemy dies while a clone is running to it to shatter (you've already hit shatter) the shatter will not take effect, i.e. Mind Wrack will not damage nearby enemies if it's target dies before it shatters.

2) No. I mean if I have Debilitating Dissipation, does the game count an illusion's disappearance when its target dies as a death, and trigger said trait?

EDIT: Crippling Dissipation does trigger if it's target dies. So the answer to your question: yes.

I'll test this out now too, I don't think I've ever been in that scenario.
EDIT: If you are both inside the Feedback bubble, the projectiles will still be reflected.

Thanks. Now that I think about it, I'd been using it on downed Warriors and such in WvW to prevent hammer time, so stupid question on my part, given I already subconsciously knew the answer..

This is correct, you can basically think of the bubble as a solid filled out sphere of reflection, anything that touches the area gets reflected, so projectiles that get fired inside the area hit their original owner instantly because they turn around as soon as they spawn.
Come to think of it, I wonder what would happen if two opposing feedbacks overlapped. =)
