What where you banned for?

Anet support don't tend to just ignore people, although it can take a few days for them to reply. I would suggest you contact Gaile Grey on the official forums and go via the support route. It really is your only and best option atm.

You simply have had a takeover of you credit card or bank account and therefore have taken money from ArenaNet for services you have used. This is quite clearly not allowed and will get you permanently banned since you are more or less seen as robbing them.

1) You've been keylogged in which case a) you derped and
2) You're mistaken in which case I know it sucks but they have to ban for that for obvious reasons.
That's worth asking; have you ever purchased something in game? Have you ever purchased something using a parent's debit/credit card? Did you purchase anything before going on vacation?

That does however not matter. If your account buy things and don't pay for them they will ban you. Even if you were only "hacked" they would have banned you, at least until you could prove that you were the real owner.

And have you done so? Because quite clearly someone HAVE bought something for your GW2 account (or even the game itself) and then requested a charge back, which would make your flagged for termination.

You can't do anything. Your account has been flagged for permanent termination because you(or someone else) bought things without paying for it. ArenaNet are not charity, they are a company, they can't go around giving people things for free.

And have you shown the proof that your credit card does not have charge-backs?

You're going to have to prove to them that you card you used to buy GW2 and you use to buy things in the GW2 shop or whatever do not have the charges attached to them, to prove that it was something else. If your account was hacked, prove that to them as well. Could you log in at all during the time? While you were on vacation, would it have been possible for a friend or a family member to log onto your account and use their own card or yours? That, unfortunately for you, is against the ToS, too.
And at the end of the day, if your account was "hacked" yet the email and password were mysteriously not changed, and a different card was added and charged something, you need to show them that as well. I do believe GW2 still has an IP tracker to show how many different IPs log into your account, so if you can, use that and report any suspicious IPs as well.
MMO support will never outright tell you they will ignore everything you say to them unless it is 100% clear to them that you are trying to cheat them out of money and are clearly lying in your tickets. And even then, I don't think they'll tell you they're ignoring you.
And one last thing: LordKrall and Shanaeri already mentioned this, but trying to rally a fansite community to all spam tickets to demand you be unbanned will only make you look worse in their eyes. At this point, if you really have tried everything you possibly can, you're out of luck and will need to just get a new account.

Are you a youngster who just got their first card through a guardian/parent? If so would it be possible that they disputed a charge on your card to a Korean company they've never heard of thinking it was fraud?
I only ask if this is so since you speak like a young person ("cuz I got hacked" ect...) and you claim this was your first purchase on the card. Chargebacks aren't something that should be taken lightly, and isn't really something someone would do if participating in identity theft. If you did unjustly chargeback funds from ANET I would fully expect you to be blacklisted from being a consumer with them.

Also did they use their own card or yours? I haven't played GW2 in a long time but they don't save credit info do they? If so how did the hacker obtain your CC info?
Once again, if your account was truly stolen and even if your card info was stolen, it would be simple to prove (they would see the IP from another place and you could provide them with a credit card statement saying your card was stolen and you had it canceled).
Something about your story doesn't sound quite right.

I don't believe you.
The whole situation sounds ridiculous, nobody is going to go through the effort of "hacking" your game account, stealing your credit card details and breaking the security on your credit card THEN break into your house to log on via your connection.
If there is no indication on ANETs side that your account was compromised then clearly the perpetrator must have logged in via a previously used IP. For a chargeback to be issued without your knowledge the "hacker" must have also had access to the security information linked to your credit card to then request said chargeback.
If you truly bought the game from the gw2 website and not a shady reseller then there are only two possibilities are that you issued a chargeback yourself in hopes of getting out of paying for the game/gems OR you used someone else's card fraudulently to purchase the game and they issued a chargeback.
Your story makes absolutely no sense.

I wonder how a country that is not even acknowledged as a country by most of the world would have their own personal range of IP-addresses.
No matter, you should have an email from ArenaNet for every single purchase made to your account, so there you should be able to prove it.

So it wasnt another IP logging on. If the the OP was on vacation, then someone in his family logged on and made the purchases, which was then chargedback. Sidenote: it wasnt the game that was charged back, the rep stated multiple purchases on the account. Gem purchases no doubt.

1) If your account was hacked, you would have had to make a ticket to get it back (Hackers will always change your password)
2) Without changing your password, why would your "hacker" make purchases on the gem store on your account?
3) They didn't just "hack" your account, they also used your credit card to make the purchases
4) Chargebacks on the GEM STORE items only? Sounds like buyer's remorse...

You're lying and hiding additional information from us in order to hopefully find someone who will be willing to harass arenanet some more and help you out.
You broke the TOS, hell you literally stole from arenanet and got banned for it.
There's nothing else you can do for that account.
Buy a new one.
