I finally found out, that we are in different worlds and that is the reason why.
In a way i dont understand, why Guild Members dont have access to the Guild Vault, when they are in different worlds. In GW 1 there was a Guild Hall and it didnt matter in wich district you were. Also, what happens if id like to invite other players to the Guild, do i always have to check in wich World they are, before i invite them?
Maybe there is something im missing or dont understand, so please can someone explain in an easy way the architecture of this system to me, please?
Because in dont wanna spend lotsa money to move to a different world.

They move server.
Server separation is much more than people expected at first but that's just the way it is.
Maybe you could guest to the main server and access, unless of course you are in different regions.

first at all, i wanna thank all of you for your input. Maybe i havent got it all, but lemme tell you what i want.
I want to get acceess to our Guild Vault and i dont understand, why i dont have access while im 1, in the same Guild and 2 all permissions i need. Also, if i recruit ppl, id like them to have some kind of permissions according to what we allow them, without thinking about worlds and stuff. Its a bit confusing, that you have to understand the whole game architecture, before creating a guild, knowing that you have to pay gems to move worlds if u want access to the Guild Stash...

This is a computer infrastructure issue. Which is why it's highly recommended that all guild members be on the same server (that and gathering influence is much, much easier). It takes much more hardware equipment, infrastructure, and bandwidth to have the Guild Bank and all its contents copied onto every server in the game. It makes perfect sense from a network design aspect to keep Guild Banks specific to one server.
Your options are 1.) to Guest as people have suggested, 2.) switch to the server that hosts the Guild Bank, or 3.) move to a Guild on your own server.

thx for your specific answer.
I do understand, that this is not an easy thing due to the things u mentioned. But i wasnt waware of that problem, when i created my char in the beginning. Since many Guilds moved from Guild Wars to Guild Wars 2, they might have a lot of problems because of this.
To be honest, i was quiet frustrated, that i didnt know about it from the beginning.
Now i need to get smart on the options you mentioned.
Thx again...

we tried everything possible for 2 hrs, it didnt work. The Guest suggestion didnt work at all. We tried in different towns, no way. Even my Guild Leader got prolems accessing the Guil Vault, when he tried to get access the Guild Vault, other than in the town he created it.
Slowly but surely i think the Guild Vault was just a good idea. Are we getting fooled,. just to spent gems?
