- Fixed a bug that prevented players from resurrecting in Spirit Watch.
- Fixed various server crashes.
Items
- Ash Legion Spy Kit now has a 60-second cooldown.
- Order of Whispers Spy Kit now has a 60-second cooldown.
Elementalist
- Renewing Stamina: This trait now has a 5-second cooldown between activations and has a 100% chance to activate, increased from 33%.
- Soothing Disruption: Vigor and regeneration boons granted by activating cantrips have been reduced from 10 seconds to 6 seconds.
- Zephyr’s Boon: Fixed a bug that caused Shocking Aura to apply double the boons of other auras.
- Deployable Turrets: This trait now works for all turret abilities in PvE. Also fixed a bug that caused engineers to have an incorrect tool belt skill when this trait is active.
- Speedy Gadgets: This trait now properly affects Throw Mine.
- Fast-Acting Elixirs: This trait now properly affects Elixir X’s tooltip.
- Reinforced Shield: This trait now properly affects Static Shield during all portions of the skill.
- Hair Trigger: Fixed a bug that prevented the engineer Hair Trigger trait from working correctly for some skills.
- Well of Corruption: This skill’s icon is now the same whether or not the Focused Rituals trait is equipped.
- Healing Signet: Reduced low-level healing for this signet without changing healing at higher levels. This signet now heals for 12 points at level 2 instead of 25 and then scales up to heal for 200 points at level 80.

They also appear to have removed the bank vendor from the safe zone of the only borderland that had it. You now have to either have a keep with the upgrade, or go to a PvE location instead of going to spawn. They said they were going to do this and it appears they have now done it.

Or you can just go to one of the crafting stations in your home borderlands. Plenty of banks to choose from there.

I'm not so sure it functions as it used to though. I'm getting the clientside animations, but not ones that show other players the glitch. Can anyone post if they're still able to get those to work (or otherwise)?

Can anyone tell me what's that about? What loot chests are they talking about? If they're talking about specific ones, like those that spawn after taking back a temple or are they talking about chests after completing a dungeon or any other chest?
Added new rewards to the laurels vendors in all major cities
Also this - what new rewards are they talking about? Not in game atm so can't check myself.
Increased the loot rewards on many world boss chests, including the chests in Orr temples and the dragon chests.
As in? More rares / exotics / greens / blues? Anyone finished yet such an event to access the end chest?

The loot chests are those steel or wood boxes that you see if a monster dropped something of a higher quality when you're in a group so you won't miss it. It didn't work properly and just randomly appeared even if there was a grey claw in it or something. Now it only appears when you get a "rare" quality item or higher.
The new rewards would be:
Ascended Earrings, Influence Tomes and a couple new stats on existing rings/amulets I believe.
Not sure about the Dragon Loot, haven't slain one since the patch - but in combination with the fact that you supposedly only can slay them once a day now instead of farming them every few hours, I assume your chances to actually getting something of value, if you were farming them - just decreased.

Guild missions could have been developed much better.Ddon't really understand how they work yet. I'm guessing that we can only do one guild mission every 24-72 hours.

The problem with Ascalon is that now the bosses are a lot harder and last longer; this will make unwellcomed to pug teams the low level/undergeared characters, cutting the chances of unguilded players to level alternatives charracters (the other low level dungeons are almost ghost towns in my server). So people will focus on their man characters and in doing only Citadel path 1 and HotW paths.

And I for one like it.
Explorable mode of dungeons are supposed to be somewhat hard and require teamwork and thinking, this have been rather lacking, most dungeons have simply been: Run in, kill it.
