What is your favorite jump puzzle and what kind of rewards you have received and how do you like the rewards?

As far as rewards - I've never paid attention. I don't do them for the rewards.

The rewards unfortunately are randomly-generated crap. That's always how it's been.

My favorite one was the mad kings clock tower. This one was actually the only challenging one in the game.
The Eternal Battlegrounds JP would be cool if it wasn't part of WvW, but some idiot killing you in the JP really ruins the fun.

My favourite JP is Griffonrook, the Maelstrom garden and the Pig Iron Quarry in fireheart rise. The rewards are awesome, I took so many screenshots!

Fawcett's Bounty
in Hararthi as it relates to my all time fav movie: The Goonies
Rewards seem to be randopm junk most of the time with the occasional rare at times ^ ^

Also, Morgan's Leap. Love how it is and how it leads to another jumping puzzle.
Rewards? Can't say I complain. The jumping puzzles are basically just little minigames imo. I've gotten quite a bit of tier 6 materials in the form of gemstone orbs, so I think that's nice. Of course, I wouldn't mind a rare every now and then, but I think it's fine if dungeons, fractals, and champions/boss chests had the good loot. That being said, I think champions and dungeons need an upper in the rewards. The rest is awesome as it is now.

overall rewards outside of the EB one and the special event ones are crap so there is no real reason to do them unless you like jumping puzzles. I rage at them more often then not, and when I do one for a daily if it pops up I end up doing one like shaman's rookery in wayfarer foothills just because it's easy and I do most of my daily there anyways.

As I said when JPs were first announced (and bitched about a few weeks ago) - I don't think that the camera and control system are tight enough for them to be wasting resources on JPs and not feel like an actual waste.
It feels like I am battling the camera rather than the JP most of the time.

agreed, as someone who plays norn characters a lot, 75% of the problems I have with JPs are due to the camera angles and zoom.

And it's not a jumping puzzle!

I managed to fall off a few times but I kept going back because the whole thing didn't feel cheap: I could see very well, there was no foes that KDed me off the ledges, ... It wasn't hard, and yet it still managed to be insanely fun!

Hidden Garden, Spekks's Laboratory, Obsidian Sanctum, Chaos Crystal Cavern.
There are probably more good ones, but those come into my mind right now.
[EDIT:] Hexfoundry Unhinged was an interesting one too. Loved the setting.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
Then I absolutely hate it!
(It seems I didn't reach the end and I just enjoyed the jumping from one cart to another.)
EDIT:
Out of the few JPs I tried, Chaos Crystal Cavern MIGHT just be my most hated one!

I really wish they would abandon that mindset and start giving out unique and interesting rewards for things you can do in game. Some spots in the world have the right idea, like the special karma vendor after that JP in LA, but there should be much more like that.

I did get a rare once or twice from doing all the JPs in the game + I run some of them again with friends.

Rewards the best is Scavenger's Chasm and its not the end chest. The mini chests along the way always give 1-2 t6 mats and the rest are generally t5. Easy puzzle but worth the time nearly once a day.

The other JP rewards are fine, I think, given that if you're good at them, you can knock them all out every day. Perhaps they should give better rewards, though, since in the same time, you could have completed multiple dungeon exp mode runs...

I don't care about the actual reward chest at the end - I mean, its nice to have something shiny to open, don't get me wrong, but I don't really care what it contains. Jumping puzzles are their own reward.

(Still hate Goemm's Lab and Skipping Stones!!!)
But i'd say Wayandt's is my favorite because of the story/guide. I would love to see more interactive and interesting puzzles like that.
And I do the puzzles for the achievement... but I come back for the loot! <3

What are you talking about xD that's what makes this JP so fun and my personal favorite. You just gotta know the 4 Secrets of the EBJP to make the JP yours.
