The Immortal
The goal of this challenge is not to die once during the game & fulfilling the conditions bellow.
Rules:
1. Level 80
2. 100% Completed Personal Story
3. At least 60 hours of playtime
4. At least 33% Map Completion
5. No deaths
Proof:
To prove you have accomplished this challenge, you must provide screenshots. One with a visible chat window, containing /deaths and /age information. One screenshot must contain visible Pact Victory Token and/or Victory or Death chapter in Personal Story tab under [H]. Final screenshot will be of [M] for the completion. Multiple requirements may be fit into one screenshot but there must be no signs of changes done to the image (you can't just paste all the stuff into one image, unless the in-game windows allow it).
The more proofs you provide the better but this is the minimal requirement.
Rewards:
There will be no special rewards, unless admins notice this thread and allow a special forum rank/title. What you will get from this is the feeling of being a total badass and a name in the Hall of Fame part of this thread.
Hall of Fame:
NOTE: I claim the right to adjust the Rules and Proof part at any time. All the changes done will be highlighted and will be done in such fashion that they won't make the challenge significantly harder or easier.

The honest man who likes it for the sake of it being a challenge could level up on his own in the zones and doing PS as he goes, getting the Map Completion and playtime naturally. That was kind of the purpose but I can't force anyone to do something in a specific manner and there's no way to actually check on it so yeah, it's not bulletproof rule list but couldn't come up with anything better without making ridiculous demands.

What do you mean?
I believe you could take 4 highly geared guildies & let them do the most work while you sit back and do it safely, applying to whole story, as you can do EVERYTHING instanced with party members, not just Victory or Death part.

Kind of defeats the point of the challenge if someone is going through all that trouble to not even do what the challenge is about.
It's for fun, to challenge yourself, and anyone who'd cheat at this is a complete idiot.

Well, completed story would be pretty hard IMO regardless of the 60 req. hours. I think that was the point. The hours aren't really necessary. But, yes, as a personal goal and challenge, if you cheated you would just be cheating yourself.

Other than that its not really a challenge as this can be done entirely with two accounts and letting the other go afk. 100% Map Completion Survivor is infinitely more impressive.

It'd be cool if ANet actually made a Challenge Achievement tab, where this kind of stuff would go, because I believe that 100% Map Completion with no death deserves an actual in-game title for that or even something more. From what I've heard, 100% takes around 100 hours to do and slipping at 99% would be more than rage-inducing.
Personally, I've been playing casually since the headstart, have 430 hours played and the furthest I got is 51% Map Completion on one character.

You could probably hardcore marathon it in a single weekend.

As for the streaming, I wouldn't mind but I don't think my computer would handle it. Sometimes, even Fraps crashes the game/system (got some ****ed up RAM or sth). What I might do are some short YouTube snippets showing my progression so far.

What I've found out is that apparently, if you log-out while downed, you relog dead. BUT, when you respawn, your death count is still at it's former number. At first, I wasn't sure, like maybe the counter doesn't update instantly, so I've done some tests.
Test A
Former death count: 82
Action: Jumped off a cliff, insta-death.
Death count after respawn: 83
Test B
Former death count: 64
Action: Get downed (fighting state) by an enemy, disconnect, reconnect, respawn.
Death counter after respawn: 64
