For people whose game time varies, such as myself, this is one of the "doable" things they can do for Monthly PVE. So, how about we compile a list of "12 easiest jumping puzzles"?

My entries so far: (no particular order)
1. Urmaug's Secret [LA]
2. Troll's End [LA]
3. Morgan's Leap [CF]
4. Under New Management [PI]

(use Wiki and/or YouTube for location & guide)

What's easy?
- as little enemies as possible in the JP
- easy jumping
- easily re-doable if failed
- as little knockback/other CC as possible in the JP

While I absolutely don't think JPs are a part of the easy 4 for the monthly (events, salvage, daily and vets), I suggest doing Pig Iron Quarry in Fireheart Rise:
http://wiki.guildwar...Pig_Iron_Quarry
The only problem is the boss at the end because of his knockbacks, but you don't need to kill him to get the +1 for the JP. Just dance around the platform a bit until you see the +1 pop-up.

And of course, Shaman's Rookery:
http://wiki.guildwar...Shamans_Rookery
Hold down CRTL to see the raven circles and then just run past all the shamans.

http://wiki.guildwar...Urmaug's_Secret
http://wiki.guildwar...iki/Troll's_End
http://wiki.guildwar...sed_Observatory
http://wiki.guildwar...(jumping_puzzle) (easy if you know how to sneak past the oozes)
http://wiki.guildwar...Buried_Archives
http://wiki.guildwar...Shamans_Rookery (easy if you have stability)
http://wiki.guildwar..._Crystal_Cavern
http://wiki.guildwar...Pig_Iron_Quarry

These are pretty easy.

My problem are the events. I don't play so much as to be able to complete them. Salvages can be bought, Vets were basically done with 1-2 runs of Molten Facility and Dailies require you to play ~1 hour, 4 days out of 30, but events require more time, unless there are some easily farm-able ones I don't know about. That's why I chose to do JPs instead of events.

You need to consider doing other parts of the daily if it takes you ~1h :)

The starter area of the Norn starter area: broodmother, Kani, Ulfred, minotaurs, bear shrine, ... a massive number of events and they are all on an almost non-existent cooldown.
Otherwise, do dragons: check the timer to find an active server and then, while you wait, run around and do events in the vicinity: I think that just doing the Fire ele each day should give you the needed events.

Although, to be honest, I'd basically do anything just so that I don't need to do JPs. Hell, last month I did Fraks just so that I wouldn't need to do them.

The third one in LA is also pretty easy, only way to fail that one if you have major lag.
Loreclaw is also very easy, but it seems to be bugged. Shamans rookery, demonpits grubs and king jalis are also done in minutes.

The 3 LA puzzles are a must if nothing else for the fact that people often portal you to the end of them.  Same with the Southsun Cove one right now.

The events that are necessary to reset the chest that enables the switch are on a timer. If the chest is open, you will have to wait. It's a design flaw rather than a bug. That chest should really work like skill challenges instead.

This. Especially the Spiral in Caledon...during one of the BWEs a buddy and I were running around there and watched as LOTS of people were attempting the Spiral JP and failing miserably.  After the game came out we went back to try it again and were both like, "Wait...wasn't this a LOT harder before?"

On topic: I would agree with both Demongrub Pits and the Shaman's Rookery being relatively easy.  The Pits because the puzzle itself is easy (once you remember where that stupid drop-down spot is in the wall, lol) and you can basically just run by the oozes.  The Rookery because its a relatively simplistic pattern for when the ravens land and all that jazz.

Shaman's Rookery is even simpler if you have stability. If you do, just pop it and run straight through the ravens, skipping the shaman fights. If you're quick and have a bit of boon duration, you can get to the leopard shamans at the end before your stability wears off.

Another easy favorite of mine is the one at the bottom of Caledon Forest, Spelunker's Delve. Has one misleading jump about half way through, but other than that it's a piece of cake. Crimson Plateau, in Diessa, is also pretty easy. A couple grawl you have to fight, and a veteran at the end, but it's an extremely easy puzzle overall.

I also like the Tribulation Rift Scaffolding and Caverns. A few enemies present, including a potentially troublesome veteran at the end of Scaffolding, but the jumps are clear and easy to make.

Go into WvW and run with a zerg for about an hour, easy 50 enemy kills.

If you don't mind help from a portal mesmer, the Skipping Stones jp in Southsun is quite doable right now.  One of the achievements for the Southsun event is located on the oblong island just past the end of that jp.  Depending on the population of your server, checking in /map chat should yield a mesmer willing to portal players up to the island.

Fawcett's Revenge is also a fairly easy one since it basically calls for you to get just inside the jp entrance and fall to your (toon) death :P

King Jalis's Refuge is also not too bad, imo.

Also, depending on server and time you're on, there are likely to be zergs farming two events in Southsun.  They're running in a circle from Kiel's Outpost to the unnamed outpost on the edge of the gyser plain (where all the reef riders are).  With a decent sized group of farmers, the champions for the two events go down in a few minutes.  Add in any other random defend/escort quests the zerg runs across, it's not too hard to get the monthly events in a decent amount of time.

Antre of Adjournment in Malchors Leap is also pretty easy, near an always uncontested waypoint and the small chests have a chance to drop tier 6 mats.

11 I've done the past 2 months:
Demongub Pits - Queensdale
Urmaug's Secret - LA
Weyandt's Revenge - LA (I have it memorized for whatever reason and the only hard part is falling down the first hole)
Morgan's Leap - Caledon Forest
Spelunker's Delve - Caledon Forest
Shaman's Rookery - Wayfarer Foothills
King Jalis' Refuge - Snowden Drifts
Tribulation Rift Scaffolding - Dredgehaunt Cliffs
Tribulation Caverns - Dredgehaunt Cliffs(2 in a row, both are really easy)
Shattered Ice Ruins - Frostgorge Sound(can easily run past all the trolls, only have to kill a couple oozes)
Antre Of Adjournment - Malchor's Leap

for the 12th, there's many options I've done while running some with guildies:
EB JP is a joke with a mesmer
Vizier's Tower - Straights of Devastation
Crimson Plauteau/Grendich Gamble/Wall Breach Blitz - Diessa Plateau
Behem Gauntlet - Blazeridge Steppes
