How much are you worth in gold right now?

Net Worth = Gold in hand + Current sellable assets/materials value at the trading post (account bound items don't count) + Blue Gems held (conversion rate 1 gem = ~2.33 silver)

---

For me only about 300-350 gold.  I have nothing of much value beyond the gold in my bank.

About 150g. If account-bound stuff counted, well over 5000g.

4g across of all my characters and 20 to 30 gold in ectos and limited editions back piece skins. I'm not motived by money. Just outfiting all of my characters with exotic gears and weapons, ascended jewelry. i just want to deal as much deal as much dmg i can give them or make them survive as much as they can.

Around 200g. A lot of it is ectos and t6 mats.

I'm actually in the same boat, although I try to save money by doing dungeons for the armors/weapons. Now that I've decided to level all of my alts finally, I feel like I need to.

It's a shame that there isn't much you can do with gold in GW2.

I have no reason to make any more, so I don't bother ~

I only have like 10g...  have probably 50g worth of minis and mats, but I just deposit everything I find into storage:  I don't even know how many ectos I have (probably less than 10 as I'm an altoholic and don't spend time once I'm 80 with a character.  Plus, only have 400 hours on my account anyway).

I may sound twee but I measure my GW2 worth in the friends I have and the people I know. The money supply for the basics such as waypoints, armor repairs and the occasional treat has been increased greatly since launch, so I've found that even by playing normally and without trading I have more than enough to do what I want to do.

OFC going for a legendary is a different matter, but that really is optional and since I don't like the skins not something I need to bother about

<p>I give it all away to my guildies and stay "poor". Keeps me hungry and helps my team mates get what they need to enjoy the game.
I had about 500 on the TP for sale and 350 on buy orders plus 75 on hand. Keep the cycle going- Yes I have the bank and my tabs with loads of T6 and lodestones but those are my rainy day fund. redundancy back up of a back up of a back up - just in case.

I had always tried to give away 100-150 gold a month and the odd random stranger.

Finally geared my character (thief) with full berserker armor w/ ruby orbs and 2 pistols, 2 daggers and a sword/shortbow that I won't be upgrading till legendary.  So I have about 5 gold, hah.

Around 110 gold (most of it gold, the rest of it is mats and ectos).

Still dirt poor.

Across all characters: 789g + stacks of ectos, T6 mats, lodestones, minis, skins, etc.

Most of it was obtained via the TP but I've quit doing that, which is a shame as the cost of the new skins that I like that come with every LS installment is burning gold faster than I can accrue via playing the parts of the game that I do enjoy. C'est la vie.

In terms of in-game gold, poor.

In terms of in-game friends, maybe a little better than that.

77 gold and 39 ectos

I actually work fairly hard at grinding gold, but I also play WvW and am terrible at it, so my nightly repair costs are pretty steep. Plus I don't spend real cash in the store, so extra character slots etc are all paid for in gold. And I just bought a flute. I love my flute.

I always wait for markets to tip up on things I find to sell - but when I stopped playing until now 3 months ago, I sold off pretty much everything.
I'm at 130g ; or $68.90

Personally I think measuring value as sell-able assets is a more standard. Gold, especially in game, is meant to be spent. Sure saving is fine if it's for a specific purpose and having a small amount for random things that crop up or whatever is fine; but overall, why have thousands of gold sitting in the bank with all your characters being poor in terms of equipment or account/soul bound items?

Whether you value armour/weapon skins, minis, dyes, gem store items or anything else, the money spent on it surely matters; you still have that worth on your account.

That being said; liquid assets for me right now is about 250g, with a bunch of mats... been saving recently as I've nothing to really spend it on atm, although each patch usually brings something to tempt me away from my gold.

I must have spent 8-10k gold though across my whole account; it's kind of frightening.

Liquid? I'd say 120g + 200 in materials.

Too many dungeon/fractal tokens to count.

I'm building towards a legendary though...and dreading the precursor :(

Only at ~300g right now (just cash), can't be bothered to count all the ectos, t6 mats,...

But if I count my character equipment i come at much more, around 200g/char I think.

Not enough to be done, yet too much to complain. I'd say across all characters my account's net worth is probably around ~ Wait, you're weeding out the poors to only hack profitable accounts, aren't you?

So not gonna tell you!

It's all profit as long as the account owners make it easy for him to get in.

No, I don't really think that's what the OP is up to.

On a more serious note, I'd say around 6000-7000g. 1k of it as liquid assets. Though now I am curious how many legendaries Sheepski got to go that much higher ;)

like 50g, i don't collect ectos, mats, and tokens like i used to anymore, don't have that kind of time to farm on several characters for a few hours, then run dungeons for another few hours, I have about 20g on hand (still opening AP boxes since I'm super behind so a few more there), a small collection of t6 mats, and about 40 ectos I think.

I have under 200 hours played.   But I have around 30g, 22 or so of it cash, the rest in everything else.

Which is funny cause in GW I strived to get up to something decent money wise and I'd say I was middle class in that game but I don't care as much in this game.

It's just an estimate of how much value the account has, in terms of gold spent :P

I've got a lot of other things that are valuable I guess

1500-2000g: 400g in gold, a full set of regular minis, and the rest in mats.

As I stopped using my 401k estimator (thanks to 2008 collapse), I wish there were an in-game net worth estimator  to fiddle with. :D

If I were to guess, I'd be around 150g in cash and rest in mats (maybe around 100g??). I always spend gold above 150g mark to buy bank/inv. or character slots.
