Game breaking lag after latest living world release?

Has anyone else been experiencing this problem before? All other online games I own work just fine, and are lag free. I'm at a complete loss here.

But as for lag, no. If it's problem for everyone all the time, then the forum and LA chat would have been exploded by complaints by now; so probably just a few isolated cases. Probably the official forum would be more helpful than here.

Do the standard jumping jacks... update your drivers (not beta versions), adjust your graphical settings, even if you just twig them to what you think they should be...
Also, yes, the Pavilion is laggy by default due to all the stuff happening there. It is basically PvE WvWvW.

All of a sudden, the game seems to demand more resources and it almost melts my PC. It's almost as if some of the lower visual settings don't work and the PC is forced to run the game at very high settings.

About the loading screens, I have the same problem. Divnity's Reach used to load really fast, but now I find myself looking at the artwork for almost one minute

In areas with lots of players you can spot performance issues. Activate a skill? Hear it 5 seconds later.
