A friend send me a link today to a Arenanet page on Flickr of all places.
My response was
Why the kitten is that not on the Atlas?
And in all logic Why the kitten is that same thing not in game?
Then i asked my self. Was there a development studio with the same problem and solved it?
O right Bioware.See when Biowave saw that can't put every lore piece and event they want in the game, because of technical limitations or voice acting, they add a in everyone of their games something called the Journal. Many of you know it as the Mass Effect Codex.
That aloud the write  and or artist to add lore and art in any form to the game without fearing the limitations.
So why is Arenanet not doing the same?Bioware and EA obviously doesn't own it,because there games which are not made by them with similar or outright the same.
Basically instead of making the atlas and than putting things on Flickr(Why in logic did they make the atlas then).Remove the hearts of boredom(Which i have explanation why they put them other than so the beer addicted(Bros) don't get lost in the Gigantic maps.Which the irony of this is that all of them call them self(and only they)Pro leet lol rolf ( http://img.photobuck...ilgunX/1337.jpg ),because the can press 1 repeatedly.)and add the Journal system. They will get to make the stories they want and i will get something to do in your game.

No, there will still be limitations by adding it in the game.
Mainly the age rating.

It is quite possible that the parts posted on tumblr simply wouldn't have been allowed in the game with the current rating, and thus they decided to add it outside of the game to still tell the story without being forced to cut parts of it.

I think ANet's attitude towards recording lore is that the wiki and the players who contribute to it do an acceptable job of documentation, and they would like to encourage exploration, speculation, and discovery. The wiki is even integrated in the game with chat commands. An integrated database isn't a bad idea, but it would be redundant effort.

Deciphering your post is difficult.
