Diminished Returns Account Bound..?

Has anyone else experienced Diminished Returns as being account bound?

I did a path on one of my characters, and later did that same path with other friends on a different character and i recieved diminished returns. As far as I remember dungeons never use to do this?

Is this a new bug?

Displaying GWAMM Difficulties

Has anyone else had troubles not finding or being unable to display their GWAMM Title? Mine isnt showing up in titles tab, but the rest of my HoM titles are there. Wondering if there was a way to fix this..? or am i doing something wrong?

Hall of Monuments info?

Has there been any info released regarding the Hall of Monuments and Linking your Accounts? I haven't been able crack down on a specific answer.

Armor Clipping Issues...

Anyone else worried about clipping issues? I have a feeling Long Hair models are going to clip with most suits/armor. Which is a little unfortunate for me because i normally choose long hair models ^_^"... might just have to "tuff" it out :x
