It all depends on the situation.
In OP situation, spending those 20-30 second reviving you takes away from my opportunity cost.
If reviving a player during a fight/after a fight in different scenarios help to prolong my own goals I will do it.
Who cares about xp/titles, I can get xp faster doing something else and titles are epeen.
