I see it as a way to implement sidegrades through infusions. It won't hurt the game, I'll keep playing.

ANet has to work on better ways to dissipate the zergs, and make retarded people and bots suffer.
Me and some friends can't do some events when we aren't all online because the zerg sits in one place repeating the same event over and over and over and over and over and the other events are wastelands. Hasn't ANet put a diminished reward system? Why are people still being retarded and repeating the events forever?

I think they should increase the penalty for grinding even more and increase the rewards for exploring and mixing events up.
